Neptune Trident Test B fail

Hi .
Trident has been testing Alk fine .
But magnesium and calcium tests while being performed and regents are going down but No results are being shown.
I've calibrated twice and have manually tested.
Cal 440 and Mag 1300 using Hanna and salifert.
Can't see any leaks or loose tunes.
Teat B fail is also being displayed.

Is it possible regent b is very low ?

I find it strange you test b is at 14. % left but c is at 70 because mine always has b and c even

Physically, check the bottles and report back. My guess is B and c have less than an eighth or quarter bottle and need to be replaced. Otherwise my other thought is when these machines sit or are not properly used by have the proper amount of test performed daily consistently, then they clog up and require partial disassembly and hot or warm water pushed thru the circuits in question to unclog
