I'm getting a no water sample but the cuvette fills up stirrer is spinning then it drains and states no water sample any ideas? A few resets and it states error testing A

I had this error recently on my trident after replacing all the reagents. I cleaned off the filter that is attached to the water sample line as well as disconnecting and reconnecting the sample water line from the trident. The apex troubleshooting guide suggests trying to blow air through the hose as well. I began getting the test A failure as well which was corrected by power cycling the apex controller and power bar.

If the tubes are clear and a reset doesn’t work, try replacing either the 1 link or aquabus cable. I replaced my 1 link cable after trying everything, it fixed it.

After multiple days of trouble shooting a simple unplug and initialize fixed the issue. Go figure thanks for all the trouble shooting steps
