Supper happy to say no thanks to Neptune but huge shoutout to Jason_MrFrags for helping me out with a pinch vaulve all things are back to normal and trident is up and running again. Word of advice for Neptune in my personal opinion not many people wana shell out 200$ to have you guys repair their system for a 15$ pinch valve. I got the service kit and it was super expensive and did not even replace all the hoses. If a customer wants to fix there unit you should have a majority of parts for sale to us consumers to buy so we don’t have to go hunting to find things maby not even for sale but allow us to buy them from the support team.
