Hello, I am about to buy Neptune in MP 180 Pro, but one of my fellow hobbyists mentioned to me that if you need to clean your return flow area or if you get any pest infestation, like flatworms or even aptasia, how do you remove and clean it? That made me wonder because it makes sense. So, I wanted feedback from the community of people using Neptune M-Pro series.

Most people don’t regularly clean their overflow box. That said, Neptunian Cube systems have been in use across Asia and Europe since 2018 with no widespread reports of clogged overflow chambers. The design also helps here—the overflow is coast-to-coast along the rear, and the bottom uses a two-piece glass construction to create a large chamber. There’s no traditional plumbing inside the overflow to clog.

This store will ship all over the US for a flat $150: https://aquariumshowusa.com/collections/neptunian

I’ll post picture of my S150
