Best or your favorite nero 5 settings in a lps tank? Doesn’t change anything at all between pulse mode and random? I have hammers, gonis and torches

Wish I could help 100% I’m testing out something I saw on another forum. 3 seconds on 7 seconds off I think I’m liking the results but since it’s a new tank I don’t have enough corals so solidify my statement. But in theory it makes sense bc it’ll wave the euphyllia then they’ll return back to normal and so on.

Thanks! I tried it and i like it, i run it at 30%, perfect for hammers but might be too low for my glabrescens, i will post a video soon.
Only thing is im sticking to this, is running 24 hour, im not using constant or random.
