Complete Trash that Destroyed my Reef

I only had this doser for 2 months before it failed and pump one and four stayed on and flooded my tank with calcium and Trace elements, which killed all of my inverts, including my Sherman anemone, and seriously damaged all of my corals. I had to pull my entire Reef apart and put it in emergency tanks and put my fish into another emergency tank...and Red Sea couldn't have cared less. I paid $460 for the doser, and $200 for four part Red Sea Chemicals, I lost hundreds of dollars in livestock, and it took me $200 worth of salt doing emergency water changes, and running out to purchase emergency temporary tanks to hold what was left.
Right after I sent in my doser to Red Sea, they told me that it was corroded from exposure to water... Now I understand as a company you may need to cover your butt against fraudulent claims but the worse this thing possibly got was dripped on. I didn't pour water on it. I didn't drop it into a bucket. I didn't spill a ton of stuff on it, it was sitting right next to my electrical... And all Red Sea had to say was they don't know what I did to it but it's not repairable too bad, but despite their policy they would send the broken unit back to me free of charge ... As a side note I also purchased their ATO at the same time and it is also garbage. It constantly disconnects from the app goes into a weird pause mode and the temperature sensor has not ever given an accurate reading. I will never spend another cent on Red Sea, I lost over $1,500 worth of livestock,chemicals and equipment. Save your Reef, buy anything else.
