Hi there.
This is my first reef setup.
I bought a 120g tank with a sump (already glued/fixed dividers)
What do you think about this approach in my sump, any mistakes i should be aware of?
Thanks ! :)

Water wise that looks fine. I would remove the sponge under the return baffle though. The media you have should probably be researched more. That is a very old school method that modern reef keepers have gone beyond for various other methods. Skimmer is normally a good idea but sponges, bio balls and ceramics are not nearly as common. And carbon is only run as needed vs all the time.

What pump? What skimmer?
So, i got a whole lot of equipment from the seller, some old and some new:
The skimmer is a Seaclone 150 (yeah i know) and 4-5 different pumps that have lost their labels, ill look into what models later on. Mostly just want to start out with the plumbing and then look into what needs a upgrade, im on a somewhat limited budget and i live in Norway where everything new has a nasty markup in price.

This is my alternative version based upon your input (Mesh is just stopping unknowns getting to pump),
Moved the refugium, so it comes before the skimmer.

Bio-balls reaktors was something i got recommended to use from my local reefer, so i took my time to make a simple DIY reaktor.

The tank is supposed to be custom made with Optifine glass and the sump was made by the last owner.

The skimmer was in the right place. With the way you drawn the sump, the middle section and pump section both will be impacted by evaporation. You don’t want the skimmer in such a section as it won’t run consistently.
