Maybe it is just me, but I would maybe keep the 2 drains separate the entire way. If one gets plugged, you want the other to still drain.

Yea missed that wow
if ur running a true herbie overflow ur going to have to run two drain pipes.

Also what is ur return pump because depending on what it is is what size I would recomend on ur return plumbing

Ur also showing bulkheads for the returns are u planning on drilling the tank?

I also will recomend penductors as ur returns instead of loc line y's

O wow they are in the box.

Hum well yea so well u can always use the 3/4 as the drains and the one inch as the returns if u want ur return pump to pump.

Or u could use the two 3/4 and one one inch as a bean animal type overflow and use the last one inch as your return.

If not and u wanna keep it as stated a vectra m1 has a 3/4 return and so do some other pumps I have no idea about. The thing is u will be losing flow splitting the return in two like that.

I personally like the idea of the bean animal

Use the holes like this
3/4 full syphon
3/4 secondary
One inch emergency

Then you won't be splitting up ur return flow and use the last one inch for a return

and even if u wanted to have water returning on both sides of the box u could still run the bean animal buy putting a T fitting off ur one inch return pipe above the box and running one inch pipe out of it from both sides to the corner.

I hope u understand if not I can draw a picture

So this would be looking at the back part of the tank also I didn't know what bulkhead was what so that can be adjusted to fit

And this is what I was trying to say if u wanted to have the water return on both sides of the box
