I just moved this anemone into my tank yesterday, not sure if I have it flipped upside down or if it’ll find its happy spot? Hasn’t really done much in about 18hrs.

That anemone looks like a goner... Not sure what happened but none of that looks right. What are your water parameters, and how old is your setup?

It looks like it's melting in those pics to me. If it starts to disintegrate, get it out ASAP. It will cause an ammonia spike, among other problems.
