The anemone is attached to the bucket. It is a like green colorNearly impossible to say from that pic. try to get some new pics once it is in a tank and we can see tentacles, mouth, etc. is it attached to the bucket? Are the tentacles sticky? beyond these things better pictures will definitely help.
I will say that the color from these pics make it look like it may be pretty bleached, but hard to say.
And when I say acclimate I mean after you put him in your display. Give him a few to settle. If he was just shipped give him time to acclimate and open. If he looks like that after acclimation then I would be concerned.

Some more or better pictures would be helpful. I can’t tell, but the foot looks like it might be torn, so take a close look there. It doesn’t look badly bleached, but I can’t really tell.
Sounds good. Give him 30- 40 min dripping in that bucket and then move him on over and give him some more time. If he is like that in a few hours let's see what some of the more acclimated members chim inI’ll try to get better pics after acclimation
little early. Wait a few day, attached and acclimated to the tank, then we can tell.Just wondering what you guys thoughts are on the new BTA. It is in the Drip acclimation bucket right now.

At least it is not breaking apart as we speak.
Are the tentacles sticky?
It's a sign of unhappy...for easy language nematocysts is the anenome sticky stuff that they use to catch food. Not all anenome need to catch food and most of the time light and clowns do the work without us. But when we do feed them they use that sticky stuff. So if it's gone it's a sign of unhappy or going unhealthy. Is it a bad sign if they're not?
