Just got this guy yesterday. Seems to be settling in okay. Just curious if the nem experts think it's actually a Malu or a related species.

Assuming I can figure out how to upload the photo that is.

Let's try again

This was taken on my phone. Lights are G2 radions corallab profile but I used a high power led flashlight(about 5000k) to get rid of the blue.

Thanks. A little lack luster on the color side. The tentacles start to glow green under heavy blues. It was supposed to be green disc and purple tentacles(which is how it was pictured) so I'm working with the vendor to sort things out. I just wasn't sure looking at the tentacles if it wasn't leaning more towards an aurora type than a malu. Not that it's really an issue either way. Mostly just curious for my own learnings sake.

Check the column underneath to see if there are wart like bumps. It should all be white and leathery looking. That would give you a positive ID.

It could possibly be an aurora type if it’s not white with bumps.

underside isn't quite what I'd call white, maybe a light gray, but it does have white bumps all over it.
