I've just installed one of the newer Apex units on my tank. When I plug in my old EB8's they just cycle on/off repeatedly. I thought it may be overloaded, but it's on a separate circuit and the only item I have plugged in is my 300w heater. Anyone know of a potential fix?

I would first inspect the EB8 AquaBus ports and AquaBus cables for any rust or corrosion. That can disrupt the whole AquaBus chain of communications.

If the ports look good, then I would try updating the EB8 software. Go into the list of Modules, click your EB8, select Software Update from the Action dropdown list, then click the orange cloud icon at the top to begin the update.
