New Apex setup help

I've tried connecting it via the app, i've tried connecting via my computer and local connection and this unit just will not connect, what am I doing wrong? Wired is not an option and apex turns orange but cannot be "found"

My best two suggestions are reach out on the Neptune community forum, and if you don’t get what you need there, start a support ticket. I’ve had to do that a couple of times and they’ve been really helpful.

What was the issue and the fix? I know people search the forums and seeing that an issue was resolved without the steps is always frustrating when you are the one looking for help.

I had to unplug and replug in about twenty times. Glad you figured it out. Love the apex when it works,but man it can make you want to pull your hair out sometimes.

Apex would start its set up cycle but would not connect to my wifi while still showing an orange light.
I ended up connecting to it by using a local connection (none of the links worked) so I used the numbered address from here

After setting up a local connection I linked apex to my fusion account and changed it from a local connection to a wifi network.
Tbh, it was really annoying but easy enough once I stopped wanting to throw it against the wall LOL

Just wait till you have a problem with the trident if you have one.
