new apex will not update

Hi guys, I just got my first apex and am having trouble updating it. I have a macbook pro and connected it and my apex to my router. I keep getting "connection refused" Does anyone know how I can get this thing updated properly...

Are you sure the ID and password have not been changed? By default the id and pw should be admin, 1234. At the moment, I can only think 1 reason as the authorization step fails.

you can check the id and password using the display.....Or if you can log in the apex by typing the default id/pw......

thank you!! i was putting in my fusion log in and password. update was successful!
