I recently purchased this coral about 5 days ago and nothing the bottom of the coral isn’t very colorful only the top. I’m not concerned I’m just wondering what to do. Thanks!!

The bottom isn't colorful because it doesn't receive any light. This happens on most Birdsnest and Stylophora. I'm fairly certain any branching type coral loses color in the shaded areas as well.

While I think its been declared not a birds nest, it is pretty! You can still see the polyps (is that what the heads are called on this type of coral??) are still extended and out, just not colored. So, I'd think everything was still a-okay

Yes but, that coral is a weed. It will self-spawn eventually and make 100 babies all over the tank.
