I recently picked up 3 RBTA from a local reefer 4 days ago with no issue and I have had them in a breeder box since introducing them into my tank (plan on letting them in the rest of the tank today). However, since yesterday one of them looks like it may be dying? Foot is intact and it is still showing color, but mouth is open, and the other two are looking great! Could it be that it is just acclimating?

4 days is still pretty recent for them to be touched, moved, rehomed, etc. I'd still be in monitor mode.

When placed in the tank I would place the one that is "suspect" in less light and flow to try and protect it and let it recover.

Thats what I was thinking too especially because the others are doing fine!

I would keep a close eye on that one! Try not to do anything to stress it out more
