New bumps on yellow clown goby, Ich or lympho?

Hey R2R, I'm pretty new to this hobby and I setup a nano AIO tank a few months back. I got a yellow clown goby 2 weeks ago, which was initially very skinny, but I got it to eat and now it's looking better. However, yesterday I noticed some tiny tiny spots on its fins. Today I found that it has some new warty bumps on its body, and the specks on its fins have increased in number. Some of the bumps are clearly white in color, but others look more yellow, though I'm unsure how much of this is just due to the fish's coloration affecting my perception. I'm unsure whether to think of this as Ich or if it's just early stages of lympho, or if it's something else. Currently, it's eating and swimming fine and has lots of energy. My other fish, a firefish, doesn't have any of these symptoms. I'd really appreciate it if someone with more experience could chime in. Thanks!

I do not think Ich protrudes from the skin that much. Could be Lymphocystis as you said. Regardless, I would just continue feedings and do more frequent water changes. Also test your water - and post here again if anything is out of order.

The most important thing is that the fish continues to eat - so if you can supplement its diet with some sort of vitamin or amino acid that would help. If that fails and if possible, you could quarantine with a copper based medicine.

Thanks -- I'll be doing a water change and testing today, as well as going out to buy some supplements.

I'm afraid he looks worse today; his lesions have gotten bigger and he seems to be less willing to eat food. While he did take a couple bites of my frozen food, he's been generally perching rather than swimming like he normally does. Does this development still look akin to Lympho?

This is viral lympho and often corrected by maintaining good water quality and diet.
In this hobby, flakes and pellets dont cut it

Update:
He was doing fine for the week; he didn't grow any new spots, and his current warts started shrinking. However, today I found him on his way out. He was not swimming, not responding to food, barely reacting when I tried to pick him up. He couldn't even swim against my flow and ended up twirling in the water column. He's still alive, but is breathing slowly. I'm considering euthanizing him.

I've been keeping a close watch on him all week and didn't notice anything suspect until yesterday when he started looking more pale. However, he was still actively eating twice a day and behaviorally seemed fine. No flashing, no heavy gilling, no yawning. I'm really confused as to what took him out, as I would have thought ich would result in these symptoms. Could this be a sign of cyanide poisoning? I've been also thinking if it was internal parasites as he kept eating but still had a pinched belly after 3 weeks of feeding (wasn't able to find any white stringy poop though). Any thoughts?

In any case, I'm buying things to set up a QT system today.
