Picture did not work.
What type of clown?
I have only kept Ocelarios Clowns. And they swim funky.

I don't know enough to say if this is bad or not.

You're going to get more people able to see the vide if you post it to youtube and then post the link to it here.

The clown looks good to me - it is swimming in the figure 8 motion with its fins erect.

Did it eat today?

My clowns swim like that.

Remember that it's new and it's probably stressed out. I've had some fish that ate right away and some that took a few days to eat. It's all apart of the acclimation process when you bring in new fish.

I got a pair of ocellaris clowns last year. First couple of days everything was great, then one of them stopped eating. Never acted funny, looked fine, wasn't picked on, just stopped eating. Everyday he would swim up to the food and then just ignore it. I tried all different kinds of food, no luck. He finally died. The other clown never had a problem. Got a replacement and now both my clowns are happy as clams. Sometimes stuff happens and there's no explanation.

no seems to still be glass surfing

What food(s) did you try?
Dis you step back to allow it to be more comfortable?

Figure 8 is when a clown swims with its head making a figure 8 motion - they stop doing that when sick.

Forzen mysis and omega one marine flakes so he's sick
I think you've missed where Jay and others have said that swimming is normal.

You should be thawing the mysis before feeding, feeding it actually frozen isn't good for the fish.
