I picked up these two perculas for my biocube. Thought one may be a picasso because of the markings, but I'm not really sure what classifies it as a picasso or not. Whats the generally accepted rule for what classifies?

thanks! is it if all white bars touche on both sides its a picasso? or is it more complicated than that?
 
picasso is perc and snowcasso is occy. these look like low grade picasso clowns...
