Had this for over a month and was ready to install. I have an acrylic drop off tank to place it on and the acrylic portion for the sump is Black. Cant get the opticals to communicate as it needs a clear target. The cover for the float ( not needed is missing - with a cat in the house, I can only imagine where it went).
