Welcome to R2R John. It depends how long your tank has been running, and the type of corals you want. Lots of knowledgeable and helpful people here who will support and advise you when needed.

Welcome to the community!
Assuming you have an established tank, just place them anywhere and enjoy how they move and grow in your tank.
Soft corals are great beginner corals! You really have to do something really crazy to kill them.
Enjoy the process!

Greetings and Welcome to our collective obsession!
