Hi,

I add some LPS corals 2 weeks ago, Favia, Chalice, Etc. They seem to be fine, but I don't see any growth yet.

How and when do I know that they are thriving and I can add more corals?

2 weeks is nothing to a coral, they can live centuries. Most corals take weeks, or even months before they fully acclimate to your tank and show growth. Some corals, like most chalices, are extremely slow growers and takes years to grow out.

Keep testing your water and keep parameters stable and stay on top of your husbandry and this will help the corals acclimate faster. If the parameters are bouncing around and the tank is dirty, it will take longer for the corals to acclimate.

Thriving would be puffed up and fully extended. You won't see growth for a while and even if you do, day to day you won't notice. Later on you might see a thin white line along the edge of it, thats the coral making new skeleton

My numbers look good.

You think I should invest in new coral already or still wait?

If parameters are stable, tank looks good, and the last batch of coral doing well, getting new corals isn’t unreasonable. As mention above, corals take very long to show any noticeable growth. You can gauge their health by how they look.
