New corals

I just purchased some small soft corals ( I forget the type). I’m not sure when and how i need to start a routine of feeding them? I’ve only had my 40 gallon tank for a month. I’m still new and learning about keeping a saltwater tank.

Corals survive on mostly light. Feeding is something you can do, but dont do it too often.
It hard to tell what those are from so far away

They don’t look like soft corals, but agreed that the pic does not help verify.

Look unhappy.
Keep your parameters in the ranges with as little change as possible.
