New DT setup: live rock or alternative?

im setting up a new display strictly for sps. I'm debating whether to do traditional live rock or possibly going to a dried, bleached or even synthetic rock for this tank. What do you guys use and prefer?

I've always done live. Tired of battling pest so my current setup I'm putting together is all dead...Sand and rock

Yeah I'm thinking of starting with a dead rock and letting it come to life agsin

I prefer to use dead rock, but I usually use live sand. I have used both. The only time I used live rock it was full of apstia.
