I purchased a Filefish (Acreichthys tomentosus) from LiveAquaria (first time buying online). I ordered a small, the fish is tiny about the size of a nickel. He was getting blown around in my tank. Kissed a BTA, which he wasn't happy about and ended up in my overflow by the morning. So I decided to move him to my sump to put some size on him before trying the main again.

So my question is on lighting. Currently the sump has Chaeto, Grape Caulerpa, Spicifera and I run a red light 24/7. (keep from going sexual)
Will the filefish be ok with that lighting (red) or should I add a normal light (white/blue)?
Should I change it to have some time off?

...He's already ate an aptasia in the sump that was bigger than him :).
