New fish: rapid salinity change

I bought a Lawnmower blenny from lfs.
Their salinity was 1.020.
Mine is 1.026.

Blenny jumped out of bag into DT as I was about to drip acclimate it.

Swam to bottom corner and was heavy breathing for 5 mins then disappeared under rock.

I have not been able to see him for 5hrs.

What do u think survival chances are?

IMO - Rather good - need a day or two in order to acclimates itself
