We will begin moving all threads that pertain to these fish to this forum.

Maybe someone would put together a list of common predatory fish that we see in our hobby along with info about each one? :)

How common? Some you see for a while and then they are gone. Let me work on it. Loving this!!!

Awesome! A lot of people seem to forget about predator fish until the mistakenly buy one and it eats everything lol.
I'd rather see a tank full of lions and eels than wrasse and tangs! :D

In my opinion tangs are the most overrated fish. Especially the expensive ones like the gem tang.

Welcome to R2R! What preds do you have?

I have a pond with 2 cortez rays, a guitarfish and a coral catshark.

My 265 has a panther grouper, Miniatus grouper, pacific creole fish, white lipped moray (not positive), unknown moray and a velvet damsel. In the fuge I have a black ice clownfish and a mai tai clownfish.
