I got this frag over weekend , and last night I noticed it is peeling revealing white
Under skin . Is it bleaching ? I moved it to a lower par and lower flow area of the tank immediately . I am a newbie to corals . Rsm 250 max , salinity 1.025 temp 78 ph 8.2 , phosphate .2 , nitrate 20 . Mag 1350, calcium 450 , Alk 10 . I had frag in a moderate to higher flow area , in the middle of the tank , 8 hours light . T5 bulbs 2 acitinic , 2 coral , 2 blue .

Likely bleaching. Cyphastrea prefer lower light, moderate flow.

Your alk and phosphate seem high.

Thank you , it’s in a lower par and flow area now , hopefully it will heal . I have been using phosguard while my algae scrubber gets going .
