Hello and Welcome to R2R I would do leds with T -5 supplements as far a Skimmer Reef Octopus' s are great I Would definitely get a Chiller Florida's Hot(I lived there for 7 years) and Ac Do Break and you are gonna have some big pumps running that tank You have plenty of time to fo some reading
