Hey everyone, this is my first day stopping by and have been really impressed by the knowledge and new technology being discussed. Also really loving some of the corals I've been seeing in the market place. I'm just getting back into saltwater after almost 20 years and have new tank and supplies being delivered this week. I'm just blown away at how much stuff has changed since I had my setups before. My previous setups involved a 10 gallon nano, 55 gallon invert/coral only and a 150 gallon reef. Anyway look forward to chatting with you and possibly some business.

I'm in the Westminster area, what set up are you going with?

I'm going with a 48"x24"x24" 120 gallon from glass cages. Hopefully my tank and stand will arrive in May. I've been gathering other materials in the meantime.

The forum regulars encouraged me to do a build thread as I go. So far, it has to be the most boring build thread ever  Noob 120 gal build thread

Things have certainly changed a lot in the 20 years I was (we were) out of the hobby. Generally things seem a bit easier now, but it is a little harder to glean the good info from the bad than it was back in the day.
