Was in my Mobius app today and got new updates for my g6 pros. Wondering if anyone has gotten the same and already updated. Any noticeable improvements. Hopefully it doesn’t make things worse. They don’t really ever say what’s being updated.

I would be happy with a fix for Mobius that can keep track of the correct date and time. I have 4 tanks on Mobius and they all had to be synced today. My Gen 4 radions are shelved and I only run vortechs because of the issue.

It’s weird you mention this because I run mine off the mxm. And usually they run fine but today for some reason one was acting up and had to do the same and had to reset clock and reboot to fix. Wondering if these clock issues are more app related or cloud related. Guess will see if this update does anything not much hope though.

The date time issue has been happening since mobius was released and ecotech has refused to admit it is a problem. It's not a big deal with powerheads but I'm not fond if having my lights blasting in the middle of the night so I'm done with radions.

Yep same here

It is not fixed or acknowledged because they don't likely have a way to fix it without a hardware change, or worse even with new hardware it can't be fixed because it is result of some combination of factors that just can't be changed without altering the entire platform. So they just ignore it exists.

I agree, they're trying really hard to try and solve this issue with firmware and they haven't given up yet.

I don't know what this update corrects but I do know that they're still working on this issue. It was a hot button issue with the experts a few weeks ago. Maybe this is the result of that... who knows?

Good to know that they are working on it -- I maybe could have phrased that better - "So they don't publicly acknowledge..."

I imagine support logs plenty of cases, but has no other reasonable answer other than "we are looking into it"

Curious what experts you are referring to that have that much pull to make them push an update.
