New guy here

Hey guys, I'm Michael.
I'm a newbie at six months into this addiction so far. I'm in NC. My tank is a 30 Gallon Oceanic nano and is a FOWLR right now with the hopes of going reef in the future. My equipment includes:

Penguin 350 bio-wheel with chemo pure elite and filter floss
Current orbit marine LED light
Heater
Hydor koralia 600
And some cheato in a cheap clear Walmart soap dish suctioned on the inside

I use red sea pro salt and typically do 20% water changes once a week. I plan on adding a sump to this or upgrading to a 55 Gallon if someone will stop messing with me and work a deal with me already. We shall see. I'm excited to be here with all of you and please ignore my silly questions which are bound to follow!

I've never thought of putting cheato in the main display tank like you have it. Neat idea for those of use with out a sump or refugium

Thanks guys!! New2saltwater: I seen it on another forum and figured it couldn't hurt. I don't like it for looks but its effective until I can get a sump. Decent flow. Just need to keep the snails out of it lol
