Heres something funny you might like. I dont know if you can even kill it! I had some when i first started and in 2 yrs we went with differnt corals. So i sold our kenya. And all 20 + frags it gave me. Lol after about another yr or so i found my self going BareBottom. Youll never guess at what i found in the sand and re growing on the rock.... YUP you guessed it!

So i have 2 frags of it now lol. There in my softy tank and can spread as much as they want. Its a free for all tank!

Ah ok great timing lol... his shedding doesn't necessarily have anything to do with reproducing. Little pieces of his branches will just fall away to be blown around until they get caught on something and there they'll grow.

What's really neat about them is when company or children visit I'll give 'em one of those florescent sticks and let them touch them to watch them flash silver when they close up. They all think that's so cool.

I wish I had a picture of my 75 gal tank before I switched over to my 90. I went to town on them with extreme prejudice. I had so much at one point the local fishstores wouldn't take anymore for trade from me!

Same here. Took a hundred or so to a frag swap and gave them away. Surprising to me, they were snapped up like hotcakes.

Sadly enough...mines probably my favorite coral. It was the first coral in my tank...was given to me free...just keeps growing. Also as said before its been an AWESOME indicator in my nano. When he looks crappy I know something is up.
