Hello,
I got a Leopard Wrasse about 9 days ago and I'm not sure that she is eating. In the tank I have 2 clowns, firefish, PJ cardinal and a cleaner shrimp, The wrasse is out all day and sleeps in the sand at night. She seems to be fine and active

so far i have tried
pellets
frozen mysis
frozen brine
live blacks worms

she just looks very thin to me

Thank you for the help

Try something like calanus copepods, reef plankton, or baby brine.

These guys are tricky, it would have been better to qt first. Many times they need pods to start and over time start eating other forms of prepared foods. I treat my new fish with prazi pro and leopard wrasses can some times come in with parasites as well. Here's my male, he eats frozen brine, mysis, hikari angel mix and marine mix. You could get a bottle of pods from the lfs refrigerated section, follow the directions on the bottle and make sure they are not past the expiration date.
