I've updated my light a week ago, i'm now getting a slight brown film on my glass.

Is this just my tank reacting to the extra light? nothing to worry about or should I do something.

Nitrate, Nitrite, Ammonia PH, Alk are all okay.

You’re going to get algae on the glass regardless of the new light.
Nothing to worry about

I guess it's noticeably more than before, will the system adjust?

I wouldn't worry about it as long as it could be managed with no more then 2 glass cleanings a week.
Brown film could be a number of things, but yes in theory as you tank grows you may find that the bio load of the reef itself grows large enough to reduce some nuance algae etc. All else being equal a tank with tens of pounds of live coral will probably have nicer looking water then the same system with 3 pinky size frags. Generally speaking, ymmv.
