Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Respect the ambition—sounds like your house is already a mini zoo/aquatic farm, so one more tank won't even register on the chaos meter. 💪

Enjoy the ride, and looking forward to seeing that build thread when it drops.

Hey everyone,
New member from NC. I've been reading from the outside looking in for a few months, and my wife and I have decided to jump into salt at the end of the year. Add this to our 5 freshwater tanks, chickens, snake, dog, cats, oh and 3 kids <6 years old, yeah we may be a bit crazy.

We've had planted freshwater for several years (9g - 75g). Initially thought we'd dip our toes in with a small AIO...well those plans are RAPIDLY shifting to 100-125 gallon tank now. SO, it'll be a good while before I start a tank build thread. Ultimate goal over the coming years is a mixed reef tank that also features fish well...sort of a complete ecosystem approach. We're used to being patient for things to grow (love all forms of gardening - flower, vegetable, indoor, planted tanks).

Anyway, looking forward to meeting more of you along the way!
