Hi Jeff, Welcome to R2R... Great Tank... I own one and I love it. What kinda lights and skimmer are you going to use. Maybe you could do a Build Thread so we can follow along on your journey.. Thanks for Jumping In... Glad Your Here...

Furnace explosion? Sorry to hear that happened... but now I'm curious.

LOL well it was an old asbestos covered furnace, we had auto oil delivery but they forgot to deliver so ran dry...they then came and delivered but some how they fouled the igniter so it kept atomizing but not igniting. Once it did fire it blew with a very loud BANG! ....anyway it blew pieces of the asbestos off the tank and we needed to move to a Hotel for 4 months for abatement. Obv the tank died as did everything unless it was nonporous.

Wow... That is a crazy sorry. Sorry to hear that happened.

Did he tank die because you went allowed to go in to salvage anything?
