1. Hi folks, im Minhaj and has been in this wonderful and equally challenging hobby for over 1 year . i have a 125 gal tank which is my first ever water tank what to talk of saltwater. However reef2reef as learning platform has been very help ful in imparting useful information on reefing. Here are 2 pics an year apart of my mixed reef 125 gal. The latest image is with yellow filter On for substracting hues.

2. I also have a youtube video channel named MQ Hobby for what i capture how my reef is growing and what im doing. its just an infrmal videos to record my doings.
3. Issues. Cyano since many months, tried Chemiclean but it came back. IM waiting it to go away with nutrienst check via weekly tests and regular water change 12 % every 2 weeks.

Cyano best thing I can recommend is getting your hands in there and getting as much of it out as often as you can. Tough one for sure!

thx. am already on it. sump reverse light cycle is keeping cyano in sump only. cheto growing fast and cyano vanished as no3 went to 0 last week, then i had to dose neo nitro to raise no3 to 2.5 ppm ignoring cyano which came back as well. but not an issue as long as it stays in sump or max few spots in gravel.
