New mini reef tank

Hey I recently started a reef tank, but my anenome moved down and in the rocks. It is barely out now and my clownfish pair are trying to get to it but they don’t have the space to because he shoved himself into the rocks. Will he move out or anything now that the clowns are trying to stay with it?

How old is your tank? Are you feeding your nem? Nems are funny, they move at will. The clowns might be rough with them sometimes and the nem moves to deter them. They’ll figure out the relationship soon enough!

A pic would help me. How is your flow? Strong, Medium? Where did ti hide in relation to the flow?

As stated, anemones are a little tweeky. They do their own thing, on their own time, in their own way. There are a few reasons it may have had to hide. 1.) Too much light intensity or 2.) Too much or too little flow. In your case, you could modify either lighting or flow and see if it can't be coaxed out. Just perform one action at a time. Wait a day or two and try something else if the first attempt doesn't yield the desired result.

How old is your tank BTW? I'm a little concerned you put the nem in too soon. They really need a stable tank that's been up and running on the order of months.
