New monitor

Man all I can say is these LCD monitors are the whip.....They make pics so much crisper and clearer. The colors just pop, thinking back to my old one as of last night I can't believe how bad pictures looked compared to this new one......Both are rated 19'' and this LCD just looks so much bigger....

what brand/model did you get?

there are some new LCD's on the market which are very nice. all the previous LCD's on laptops (where you could run your finger over the screen and see colors) were pretty crappy.

my g/f just got a new laptop recently, and the screen is SHARP, just like my big desktop monitor.

IT is a envision 19'' widescreen.....I ran my finger and din't see any colors, you can see the crystals move but no colors.....Wasn't wo bad only $229, could have gotten it cheaper on-line I'm sure but can't do that with out a monitor......Pretty happy with it....It is HD and digital ready as well for future upgrades.
