New nano reef tank

I have recently purchased a 13 gallon nano reef tank and I have just fed it brine shrimp to try and help the cycling my ammonia levels at 1.0 and my nitrates, nitrite are still zero and it's been a week could somebody help me what am I doing wrong

Ok I did another test this morning at 7:30am ph.8.2
Ammonia.25
Nitrate and nitrite 0
Could I add clown fish now or wait longer?
