Interesting little thing, the Mini Q. Very compact and has a DC pump, for half the price of a non-DC Tunze 9001.

Tunze 9001 DC sold out everywhere in Europe for a while now (why?), so i walked into this one and ordered it.

Same thing in the US by the way? No more 9001 DC's available or still plenty?
Anyhow, the miniQ is 3 times cheaper.

Received it today. Looks/feels very well made (nothing flimsy), very quiet, and so far it's easy adjustable.
How it actually performs time will tell.

It's small so only for small nano's!

By the way the power adapter (5 volt USB) has a Chinese plug, and they didn't deliver a Euro or US plug with it.
I just used an old iPhone 4 adapter which works fine.

Only one hour in and already producing colored skimmate. Zero microbubbling. This little thing is awesome, two thumbs up.

Nice find Harold. Looks like another good choice for nanos.

Just recieved a second one for a new nano i did set up, so all still good. No desire to look for different brands.
I take you must be very happy with that for the price.
Does it skims consistently?
Does it take a lot of gunk out?

Hi I use an aquamaxx bullet-1 extremely quiet and no micro bubbles it’s a hang on back so it does not take up any space in my 15 gallon tank and it works well.

Will this fit into 2nd chamber of innovative marine lagoon 25 without any modifications? Also, will it support 25 gallons(5 gallons extra)? But in reality, after sands and rocks probably less then 25 gallons
