New Peacock Mantis tank setup

Hello all,
I’ve been cycling my tank for a couple of weeks now in my middle school classroom and wanted feedback and suggestions on the setup. It’s a 32 gallon Fluval Flex. I added a 3 inch pvc pipe and some rock. Just curious if this seemed like a fairly good habitat? I’ll be adding some damsels first and then the mantis a few weeks after. Everything is stock except for the filtration where I 3D printed the left and right media baskets (on a teachers budget and couldn’t see spending $100 for the intake ones). Added two sicce wave makers since I know the stock filter isn’t great. 150w Fluval heater as well. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated!!

needs more rubble, you want an excessively messy amount of rubble for it to build a layer base infront of its burrow and then tons of it to tighten its own tunnel + close completely when molting.

You want an amount like half of that rock in that tank and sledge hammer into hundred or more pieces of various sizes. Less + feeding live snails for awhile will also work.
