What does the Fahrenheit range on this image mean? I thought this was a decimal place typo on the °F scale, but it is still inconsistent with the product description that states "This cooling can reach 2 to 4°Celsius (3.6° to 7.2° F)".

I assume it is a typo, is is 2-4 C.
