Anyone can give some input I started my reef tank about 2 months ago using live rock and live sand brand new, Alkalinity is 8.2, salinity is 1.026, on the dot only thing I have is 12 snails, 12 hermit crabs 2 red shrimps and one crab, I’ve been told I’m ready for fish, tough I’d like to have corals...what are y’all suggestions?????ill appreciate them thx

As long as you're reading 0 ammonia, and 0 nitrite you should be set to add your first fish.
 
Start with some mushrooms. And frog spawns there pretty hearty. And there are a varity of colorfull mushrooms. Just make sure your tank has cycled all the way. Another thing to consider is your fish make sure there reef safe if you are going to start with fish.
 
Thank y’all for the welcoming very nice...just wanted to share ...so far it’s been about 2 months,
and I have 8.2 Alkalinity and 1.026 on salinity, as far as my aquarium store helper, he said is good for fish, but I’m still debating, but probably I’ll go with some mushrooms and frog spawns...I’ll keep y’all posted, once again thanks to y’all .
