Hi new to the forum and to the reefing community . Just set up my bio cube 32, added ammonia chloride and live bacteria last night how long should I wait to start testing for cycle?

I would test ammonia alone right now just to see where you got it to/where you're starting from. As above, in a few days start checking ammonia/nitrite/nitrate.
