Hey everybody! Just a little more info on our shipping pause -

Unfortunately the week before Christmas, UPS shipping volume skyrockets and causes extreme delays. We learned this the hard way last year. Such delays can be deadly for live goods. The backlog disrupts operations for the next couple weeks (both four day weeks due to Christmas and New Years).

We are more than happy to ship an order to you this Monday using two day shipping at no extra cost. It will most likely make it. We normally want to offer customers certainty, though, which is why we paused shipping during this higher risk period.

Please just let us know if you need anything urgently - we completely understand that fish need to eat!

We will begin shipping ALL orders using two day shipping; which will be free for orders over $65. This change will also enable us to ship Monday, Tuesday AND Wednesday. Our new same-week shipping cutoff will be Wednesdays at 2 PM Central time.
