Hello, new member. I live in Southern California, back into the addiction! I've had salt for 30 years, and currently have four tanks up and running.

I have a Purple Rhinopias, Sea Goblin, Two Frog Fish, Picasso Trigger, Yellow Tang, Falco Hawkfish, Yellow Blue Eyed Angel, Blue Eyed Anthias, and a BiColor Angel.

Hopefully I'll be combining some of these guys into a bigger tank soon. What starts out as a quarantine tank, ends up being a fish tank. I need to stop doing that!

Add my feeder tank, And another quarantine tank for some new fish I have coming in. and it is crowded in here!

Welcome! Glad you joined. I'm guilty of repurposing tanks too... right now my QT tank has been turned into a macroalgae tank... guess it is good I've no plans for new fish anytime soon (or all year LOL)

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID). You might even consider just copying everything above (GREAT PHOTOS) into new thread over under Forum > Members Aquariums to get started

This might help you find people local to you in Oceanside:

This is a good reference book type online article I still review:
