New Stream Settings

Is there a description of what these settings do? If I select reefcrest for my three pump group what should I expect? So far looking at the dashboard I either have 0,1 or 2 pumps running and when two pumps are running they are both increasing or decreasing at the same time.

I couldn't find it in the docs - is there now a way to program a pump group to turn every pump on at 100% for a length of time once or twice a day (to stir up detritus, etc)
