So I acquired a really cheep red sea reefer 250. The caveat is the tanks got a chip and has been repaired with epoxy. I want to purchase a replacement. Does anyone have any idea if red sea will sell a replacement tank or if I can just buy a custom replacement easier?

Red Sea is very prompt for email inquires. Send them an email via their web site tonight and I bet you have a response by 11am tomorrow.

I emailed them years ago multiple times about replacement parts for my RSM 250 hood and they did not reply once!

What type of chip on the glas? Any pictures?
You can make a new custom tank with the same sizes to replace the old one from any glazier, glas center or aquarium service. Just need to take measurements of everything (tank size, glas thick, overflow, holes e.c.)

Hi. I am picking one of these up Saturday. What and where do you use for parts and where do you order from? Any tips would be appreciated!
